This website is operated for Million Family Rentals. W. Dean Million is the landlord named in our lease documents; Kyle Million handles rental inquiries and operations.
What this website collects
The inquiry form collects the contact details, housing preferences, and other information you choose to provide. Rental text messages and delivery reports may be recorded in our protected management inbox so Kyle can follow up. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a home, approve an application, or create a lease.
How information is used
Information is used to answer inquiries, arrange next steps, and maintain rental communication records. The website and connected phone use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, and message transport. An automated assistant may help organize or answer rental inquiries. Housing decisions and binding commitments remain with the operator; an automated reply is not an approval or lease.
Keep sensitive information out of this form
Do not send Social Security numbers, identity-document images, bank account numbers, passwords, payment card details, or medical records through the inquiry form or ordinary text messages. If additional screening information is needed, Kyle will explain the process separately. There is no payment collection on this website.
Text messages
We use the contact method you request for rental-related follow-up. Automated text replies may be sent from the rental phone. Reply STOP to pause automated rental replies. If a pause does not work or you need another contact method, contact Kyle directly. Message and data rates may apply. Do not use this inbox for emergencies; call emergency services when appropriate.
Access, corrections, and retention questions
The management inbox is restricted to authorized operator access and connected services. Contact Kyle to correct your information, ask about records we hold, or request deletion. Requests are reviewed individually, including any records that must be retained for an active rental matter or legal obligation.
